Partnered cross-functionally to craft a video script rooted in brand-aligned language and human-centered storytelling. The goal was to connect every employee to the impact of their work—what it truly means to transform water and enrich lives. The message highlighted water’s role in everyday moments, homes, hospitals, farms, and factories, and tied those moments back to the essential work of Evoqua teams around the world.

Strategic Collaboration
Partnered with executive leadership, HR, procurement, and facilities teams to define project scope and secure buy-in. Led engagement with 154 facilities, achieving a 94% participation rate to inform the initiative and ensure alignment with corporate and facility-specific needs.
Brand & Experience Development
Conducted a global facility audit, analyzing workplace branding opportunities. Designed environmental graphics, curated artwork, and developed comprehensive facility branding guidelines. Piloted branding solutions in several newly built and renovated facilities to validate impact and feasibility.
Implementation & Scalable Support
Collaborated with procurement to assess materials and application methods. Launched a toolkit, artwork catalog, and SharePoint resource hub to drive adoption. Provided training and ongoing support for facility managers to maintain consistency.

City of Beaver Dam's Website Development - eGov CMS Platform
Strategic Collaboration
I was contracted to redesign the city’s website using the eGov platform. I led cross-functional sessions with city departments and officials, including the mayor, to align content and structure with the city’s strategic goals. I facilitated a shift from internal-facing navigation (“Departments,” “Elected Officials”) to a user-first structure (“Live,” “Play,” “Visit”) based on public behavior and accessibility best practices..
Execution & Optimization
Designed the site map and UX to improve wayfinding, reduce friction, and centralize content for residents, businesses, and visitors. I built department pages tailored to user needs, onboarded staff with editable content areas, and conducted two training sessions to empower long-term self-management.
Impact
Launched a clean, intuitive, mobile-responsive website that reflected civic priorities and made city services more accessible. The redesigned navigation improved engagement by aligning with how residents and visitors naturally seek information. As a result, departments reported fewer phone inquiries, with residents now finding key resources more easily online.
